Last Weekend of Summer!

We had a great weekend.. Mostly because Patrick was finally back with us but we also enjoyed playing with family.

Thursday night Eli spent the night at Nana's so Eli and Mary Alice played together in the morning! We all pretty much got up early because Nana and Granddad got a new roof EARLY Friday morning. Mary Alice and Eli had to check everything out.

Patrick's sister, Sally, moved into college this weekend so we went to meet his family for lunch on Friday.

Mary Alice also had to throw a couple tantrums this weekend!

But we were at Great Granddad's and he made everything much better!

Patrick found an old hat at his parents house and had to try it on! Mary Alice thought he looked funny!

We also said our goodbyes to Sally! We hope she has a great time at college and comes back to visit soon! We love you Sally!

Mary Alice has started to smile for the camera when you ask her too. I love these pictures of her!


This weekend wore Mary Alice out. Pray for us this week.. I officially go back to work for a whole week and it is going to be hard to be away from my little girl all day. Also pray for us as Patrick is still away! We miss him like crazy!

Furlough Day!

Today I had a furlough day and I have to say I really enjoyed not going to work! :) We started the day by swimming with Mom, Kelly and the kids! It was so nice to relax in the pool, well as much as you can with a 4,3, and 1 year old!

After a very good nap :) we went to visit GeGe! Mary Alice had so much fun playing with her. We also went to dinner with Granddaddy and MaMary but I didn't take any pictures!

I'm Might Come Back!

Hey to all my readers (if you are still there),
I am in the process of getting my computer fixed so I am hoping to post more often! I hate that I have not posted much of Mary Alice since her birthday. I feel I am going to forget what has happen all summer but this summer has been one to remember!

I took a job in the Upstate so Mary Alice and I moved up here to live with my parents and Patrick is still in Lexington until we sell our house or we find a job (so if anyone knows of a landscaping job please let me know).

This was a very hard move for me! We are very excited about moving back but we will miss all our friends as well. I LOVED where I worked and I am really going to miss my work friends. The move was also hard because Patrick isn't here yet. It is so hard to be apart all week but we are making it!

I cannot believe this summer is over. I have enjoyed being with Mary Alice everyday! I am going to miss playing with her but I am sure my mom and Alice are so happy to keep her! It is also a lot easier going to work knowing that she is with her grandparents! I don't mind staying after and getting work done at school now.

Sorry this post is so random. I hope to post more pictures of our girl soon. She is so little anymore! She is getting so big and is breaking her mom's heart by growing so fast!
