Mary Alice's Week in Pictures

This week Mommy went back to work and Nana and Granddad kept me..

I went for a walk and decided I wanted to hold Mommy's glasses! Nana helped give me a bath! I really am starting to enjoy baths!

Daddy dressed me again.. Check out my shoes and socks

I really like to stand up! I sometimes refuse to sit down!

This outfit is TERRIBLE! Please take it off of me!

I loved to chill out in Nana's arms!

I tried out my highchair for the first time. I didn't really know what to think!

Dad, Are you going to give me that bottle?

Maybe if I stare at the bottle someone will feed me!

I also LOVE to hang out with Granddad! He even started "training" me to take a nap in my crib and on Sat. I slept in my crib for 30 minutes for my morning nap and 1 hour and 30 minutes for my afternoon nap! My parents thank you Granddad!

Ok Mom.. When you going to stop taking my picture all the time!

I also really enjoy playing on mat and now I can hold on to my toys and move them back and forth and I love to roll on my side and watch tv! It won't be long before I am rolling all over the place!

Mary Alice's Weekend in Pictures

American Idol

I have to admit I didn't really watch all of this season but I knew that I didn't really want Adam to win and was very happy when Kris Allen won.

Thank you for all your prayers yesterday! It was a great day!

My students were wonderful and I realized that I LOVE MY JOB!! I really have missed getting to know my students this semester. Patrick even surprised me and brought Mary Alice and lunch to me!

The only problem I have now is that I am exhausted! I forgot how exhausting you feel after working! :) Good thing I don't have to go back til Tuesday!

Thanks again for the prayers. I felt them!

Last Day Together ... for 11 days!

Today was my last day with my little girl by myself until June 9th.. I have to go back to work tomorrow to make sure I get my year's experience. She of course was so good all day and is growing up so fast. She know LOVES her play mat and will play on it for about an hour in the morning and 30 minutes at night. She also loves to just sit and watch me do things!

This afternoon we went over to visit Hannah again! This time both girls were in good moods so we were able to take some pictures! Looking at these pictures makes me realize how big our little girl is getting :( I don't want her to grow up! She is growing WAY too fast!

Please say a prayer for me tomorrow. I know Mary Alice will be fine because her daddy is keeping her, but I don't know if I can go 8 hours without holding her! I hope I can make it!

Adventures

Mary Alice has been on many adventures this past weekend and week! Since this is my last week at home with her I have tried to take her places and spend as much time as possible with her!

On Friday night we all loaded up and went to Relay For Life to meet some of my friends from work. Mary Alice was wonderful! She didn't cry at all and had a great time riding in her stroller

Saturday night we had our friends Adam, Heather and Madeline over for dinner. We had a great time playing with Madeline and Heather enjoyed holding Mary Alice. It was very nice to spend time with friends and Mary Alice must have been worn out because she slept til 3:00 and then woke up for good at 8:00!

Sunday we went to Sunday School, church, and lunch and of course Mary Alice was wonderful! It was Youth Sunday at our church and our good friend Wes, who is a senior, gave his testimony! It was so good and we were so happy we got to hear it! After lunch Mary Alice and I headed up to stay with my parents. While we were there we saw Caroline, Eli, Andy, Kelly, and of course Nana and Granddad. We also went to meet Ella Deal. Ella is the daughter of my really good friends Lindsay and Taylor and she is exactly 2 months older than Mary Alice. It was amazing how different Mary Alice and Ella were and they are only 2 months apart. Ella was SO CUTE! :) We can't wait to go back this summer to play with her!After meeting Ella we went to visit GeGe, Granddaddy, and Sally. While we were there Cheryl Smith came down to meet Mary Alice. We had a great time with GeGe, Granddaddy, and Sally..
