We then headed to my dad's church. We have not been there in forever it seemed like so it was nice to see everyone. I don't think any of the women listen to the sermon because they were all staring at Mary Alice! For the special music all the men came to the front and sang The Old Rugged Cross for the women. It was so special and sounded really good! After church we took pictures with my mom and dad and then headed back to their house to change clothes and give Nana her gifts! Mary Alice also gave me my gift. She got me a beautiful Willow Tree angel and my mom got me a charm with Mary Alice's monogram and birthday on it! My mom has the same charm for my sister and I!
For lunch we went to Patrick's aunt house and Mary Alice got to meet all of her family! It was a nice day so we had a great time sitting on the porch and Mary Alice was so good!
For dinner we went to my parents house and my aunt and cousins came over to meet Mary Alice. It was a great dinner but by this time Mary Alice was very tired! She did well and only fussed a little but she was ready to go to bed! We left my parents house to head home and of course Mary Alice decided to use the bathroom on the way home. Luckily we were near Patrick's parents house so we stopped there and had to change her in the car because no one was home. After that she slept the whole way home and then slept til 3:00 and then 3:45-6:30. She went back to sleep and woke up at 9:30 to eat and has been asleep every since. She is one tired little girl!
We had a great weekend and hope everyone enjoyed meeting Mary Alice!
