Since I have been in the bed or on the couch for most of this week ( I still do not feel great)... I have noticed something about commercials. I believe Americans are starting to eat unhealthy and eat more fast food because there are commercials for fast food restaurants EVERY minute of the day.
I promise if you are do not feel good you do not want to see food all the time! It is very hard to get away from food on the tv. I wondering if it was like that 20 years ago.

I hope you are feeling better soon..I know the way you feel....Mine got better after 16 weeks, so there is a bright side. Congrats on the baby.
Commercials??? Fast Food????We didn't even have TVs. We played outside or just sat on the porch. Did our homework by the light of a kerosene lantern. Warmed our tootsies by the fireplace. Eating out meant we had PBJs out in the yard. McDonalds was that man and woman that lived down the street. Shoot, Y'all got it made!!
