I got a bad cold and fever and aches and the doctor told me to take Tylenol Cold and Sinus. I would call your OB/GYN and tell them how you feel. There are some meds that don't pass through the placenta (like the tylenol) and it never gets to your baby! I know I hated taking meds too and never did except with this cold but you don't want to get so sick Mary Alice is feeling bad too. You gotta keep both of you healthy!!
Saline nasal spray and a humidifier at night. That's what we do with Karlee b/c I don't like to get her anything over the counter unless we have to. It really works! If your throat hurts, gargle with warm salt water. It does more than just make it feel better, it actually kills the germs. The saline nasal spray helps clean everything out so the germs are just sitting in there getting infected. Hope you feel better! But, if it doesnt get better go to the doctor. Sometimes meds are better for the baby than running a fever!
Take tylenol cold and sinus. It's safe!!!!!!! And when I was pregnant (both times) I ran the humidifier every single night. Hot showers, hot tea, hot chocolate... cough drops, Vicks vapor rub... If I think of anything else I'll email you. Love you!
