A couple weeks ago our little Carolina flag under our mailbox disappeared. I just figured the wind blew it away because it was around the time that we had those big winds! Well, I was leaving for work today and was looking at the window and I saw a flag that looked just like our old flag on the house 3 houses down from ours. I didn't really think anything about at the time.
When I got home from work I drove around the circle because I was getting our mail and I took a closer look at the flag. IT WAS OUR FLAG. The outside trim of the flag was black when we got it but faded from the sunlight and this flag was faded as well and these neighbors have never had a flag on their pole.
I could not believe my eyes! Our neighbors actually took the flag and put it on their mailbox. Now I am not saying they stole it because the wind probably did blow it away but they took it and are actually using it! I really cannot believe it!
After thinking about for along time I finally decided to try and get over it because obviously they wanted a Carolina flag really bad and they have one, but still I am very shocked they took it!

Oh, that would make me so mad! I mean, surely they have seen it on your mailbox before, so if the wind did blow it their way, they could've at least returned it to you instead of just having the "finders keepers" attitude about it! I know you must be dying to go snatch it back!! What a dilemma!
A. That is just the most shocking thing I have ever heard.
B. That has to be the funniest thing I have ever heard.
One day, if you see them outside, tell them how much you like their new flag.

I would be so mad!! And I would definitely get it back!!
I can't believe that. It is funny too, but still I would be mad. Obviously, the knew it was not theres and I would think they have seen it on your mailbox. I can't believe they would keep it. Anyway, maybe that is a sign for you to go get an ORANGE flag..haha....
