I cannot believe our little girl is one month old today! It really has gone by very fast! She continues to amaze me everyday with something new. Here are a few highlights from this month!
At one month she weighs 7 pounds 14 ounces.
- She started sleeping in her crib
- She eats every 3 hours and enjoys every minute of it!
- A couple nights she has sleep for 2 hours at a time
- She loves to say ooh and ahh
- She loves to have someone read her a book (preferably her daddy)
- Her favorite song is Jesus Loves Me
- Her favorite DVD and cd are the PraiseBaby songs
- She will follow your head or a toy with her eyes
- If you call her name and tell her to find your voice she will look at you
- She is never happy from 6:30 -10:30 a.m.
- She stays awake usually from 10:30 to 12:00
- She usually takes a good nap from 2:00-4:00
- She loves to put her finger in her paci
- She loves to suck her thumb
- She likes to stare at your face
- She loves her papasan seat
- She hates to get her diaper changed (honestly if you heard her you would think we are hurting her)
- She also hates to get her clothes changed and taking a bath
- She loves her paci
UPDATE: I took her to the doctor today and she was given Zantac to take twice a day. He believes she has acid reflux. So we hope things start to get better!

I can't believe she is already a month old and we have yet to met her in person :( Man time flies!! We have to get down there soon. I will call you about that.
